SuperKEKB Phase I commissioning has finished in summer of 2016. By using of Ytterbium hybrid laser system, 1.0 nC electron charge is generated and injected into High Energy Ring successfully for 10 days operation. As to the Phase III, electron beam with high charge and low emittance is required. According to the laser operation history, some new improvements are investigated for the following phase commissioning. Thermal management of laser system is one key problem, especially for disk laser amplifiers. For the laser system with high output energy under high repetition rate, the excellent thermal management can realize stable laser operation and electron charge generation. Meanwhile, efficient waste heat removal guarantees optical components and laser crystal sound for long time. This is very important to continuous operation of accelerator. Furthermore, low temperature laser system is built. Excellent thermal management and high amplification factor can be realized at the same time. All the new improvements have been being done for satisfying the demands of following phases of SuperKEKB.
