Electron cloud is a main limitation for the successful operation of the high intensity proton beam in the world. Its presence at Main Ring (MR) of the Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex (J-PARC), during the Slow beam extraction (SX) mode, was already observed through several systems: sweeping electron detector, beam loss detectors, vacuum gauges, beam position monitors, etc. A more detailed survey and upgrade of the beam loss system were implemented for this study. The latest results of the electron cloud study are presented here.
